Hamline community fills bowls for food shelves
More than 200 people took part in this year's Empty Bowls community dinner and educational festival at Hamline University in April. The student-led event, sponsored by the University's Office of Service Learning and Volunteerism, raised more than $1,000 for Keystone's food shelves. Christine Pulver, Keystone's Basic Needs director, was among the speakers who talked about the problem of hunger in our community and around the world. Thanks to all who participated in this informative event and made a donation to fight hunger.
